At Palm & Chain, each piece of permanent jewelry is custom-fitted and welded specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our jewelry, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If your jewelry breaks or comes off, we're happy to help. We offer complimentary rewelding with proof of purchase.

Please note that lost chains, charms, or damaged jewelry that cannot be rewelded may require replacement at an additional cost.
